Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every prompt, uploaded image, generated image, shared result, and other use of AI Virtual Try On. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Your Images and Consent

You may upload or process an image only when you own it or have clear permission from every identifiable person shown. Do not upload images of minors. Do not use the service to impersonate, deceive, harass, exploit, or harm another person.

Prohibited Generation Categories

You must not create, request, upload, or share:

• Pornography and NSFW: nudity, sexual content, sexually suggestive content, fetish content, sexual services, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Violence and gore: graphic violence, gore, threats, terrorism, or instructions intended to cause physical harm.
• Hate speech: hateful, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or dehumanizing content.
• Child-unsafe content: any sexualized or exploitative depiction of a minor, or content that may put a minor in an unsafe context.
• Deepfakes and impersonation: face swaps, deceptive identity manipulation, biometric identification, public-figure impersonation, fabricated evidence, or misleading political or commercial endorsements.
• Copyright and trademark infringement: content that infringes copyright, trademarks, publicity, privacy, or other rights, including unauthorized branded or character-based generation.
• Illegal goods, illegal activity, malware, fraud, phishing, or evasion of safety controls.

Identity and Face Safety

Hairstyle, hair-color, and glasses tools are limited to consensual visual styling previews. You must not use them for face swaps, deceptive identity manipulation, biometric identification, public-figure impersonation, fabricated evidence, or misleading political or commercial endorsements.

Rights and Honest Use

Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other rights. Do not present an AI preview as a real photograph, verified fit measurement, medical result, identity document, or proof that a product will look or fit exactly as shown.

Moderation, Sharing, and Appeals

We screen prompts before generation with automated safety checks. If a required safety check is unavailable, the request is blocked rather than sent to the image provider. Results are private by default, and public sharing is not available. We may retain limited moderation and enforcement records for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and appeals.

You can report a suspected violation or appeal an action through the support address below. Include the relevant URL or task identifier, but do not send sensitive source images or payment-card details.

Enforcement

We may block a request, remove content, restrict credits, suspend an account, or report conduct when required by law. Attempts to bypass moderation or repeat prohibited requests may result in immediate suspension.
