Refund Policy

This policy explains when purchases made through AI Virtual Try On may be refunded. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription from the billing page. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period, so access and unused subscription credits remain available until that date. Canceling prevents the next renewal; it does not automatically refund the current period.

Eligible Refunds

One-time purchases are eligible for refund requests within 14 calendar days of the payment. Contact us within that window and we will review the request under this policy and applicable consumer law. This applies to credit packs and other one-time digital purchases; subscription charges follow the cancellation rules above.

• A duplicate or clearly incorrect charge.
• A completed payment for which the purchased credits were not delivered.
• A verified service failure that prevented use of the purchased credits.
• A first purchase whose credits remain entirely unused.

Generally Ineligible

Except where required by law, refunds are generally unavailable for credits that have been used, requests made more than 14 days after a one-time charge, ordinary dissatisfaction with an AI-generated result, policy violations, or a subscription period that has already been used. AI previews vary and are not guarantees of fit, appearance, or exact product detail.

Partial Refunds and Credits

If a partial refund is approved, a corresponding share of unused credits may be removed. A full refund removes the unused credits and paid access associated with that transaction. Refunds do not restore credits already spent on completed generations.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@aivirtualtryon.net from the address used for your account. Include the order number, charge date, amount, and a short explanation. Do not send full payment-card details. We may request reasonable information to verify the transaction.

Processing Time

We aim to review complete requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to display the refund.
